Thislabourcontract(theContract)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetween[EmployerName],withitsprincipalplaceofbusinesslocatedat[Address](theEmployer)and[EmployeeName],residingat[Address](theEmployee)onthis[Date].
1.EmploymentPositionandDuties
TheEmployerherebyagreestoemploytheEmployeeasa[Position]andtheEmployeeagreestoacceptsuchemployment.TheEmployeeshallperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilities:

5.Leaves
TheEmployeeshallbeentitledto[Number]daysofpaidannualleave,whichmaybetakenuponpriorapprovaloftheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallalsobeentitledtosickleaveinaccordancewiththeprevailinglabourlaws.TheEmployerreservestherighttorequestmedicalcertificationforanysickleavetakenbytheEmployee.
