游泳池应急处理预案

一、负责内容Properties

为了提高酒店室内泳池的安全生产工作，并且有效预防及时控制和消除突发安全事故及其危害，指导和规范各类突发事件的应急处理工作，最大程度的减少突发事件对游客健康造成的危害，保障客人身心健康与生命安全，制定以下应急预案。

二、步骤Procedure

一）试用范围(ApplicableScope)

本预案试用于突然发生，造成或者可能造成客人身心健康一般和严重损害的安全事故。

二）分级标准(outlinestandards)

根据突发事件性质、危害程度、涉及范围，突发公共卫生事件划分为特别重大（Ⅰ级）、重大（Ⅱ级）、较大（Ⅲ级）和一般（Ⅳ级）四级。

三）危险源辨识(identifydangers)

对泳池及周围可能引起突发安全事件的行为、人员、物质、设备设施进行辨识，列出危险源清单，并有针对性的制订预防措施，责任落实到人。

四）预警处置(precautionshandling)

游泳池管理人、救生员按照突发安全事件的发生、发展规律和特点，及时分析其对游客身心健康的危害程度、可能的发展趋势，及时做出预警。

五）常见突发事件的应急处置(commonlyemergencydisposals)

步骤：1、发生事故后，救生员、服务员必须在第一时间到达现场，迅速将溺水者救起。
