架构创新对企业财务绩效的影响路径——基于吉利创新实践的分析

摘要

架构创新主要是对产品构成和组织结构进行系统创新，即利用全新的连接途径来对模块的连接进行再次规划，以此提升系统的绩效。许多研究表明，架构创新也影响着企业绩效。但企业在不同发展阶段如何进行架构创新？架构创新为什么会影响企业绩效，其路径与机理是什么？对于这些问题理论上并没有给出清晰的答案。从动态视角出发，以吉利为研究对象，采用案例研究法，以时间轴为导向，本研究探讨了在不同发展阶段架构创新的方式，以及架构创新的不同方式对企业在各个发展阶段提升企业绩效的路径与机理。研究结果表明，如果主导设计已经形成，初创期应当在模仿现有模块的基础上进行产品架构创新，形成主导设计，进行零部件自制，大幅度地降低成本。同时，能提高产品性能进而提升产品质量，增加营业收入。随着产业架构的成熟，企业进入快速成长阶段，应通过组织架构创新来强化互补性资产的作用，这样有利于提升企业制造能力、品牌强度和客户关系，提高产品制造柔性，简化生产流程和降低成本。最终，构建了架构创新对企业绩效影响路径的理论框架。
