Abstract

Withtheintensificationofmarketcompetitionandtheincreasingcomplexityofenterprisemanagement,theimportanceofinternalcontrolenvironmentinenterpriseoperationisbecomingmoreandmoreprominent,andtheinternalcontrolenvironmentisnotonlyrelatedtotheoperationalefficiencyofenterprises,butalsodirectlyaffectsthefinancialsecurity,strategyimplementationandlong-termdevelopmentofenterprises.

Thispaperfirstreviewstherelevanttheoriesofinternalcontrolenvironmentandlaysatheoreticalfoundationfortheresearch.Then,acomprehensiveanalysisoftheinternalcontrolenvironmentofBrightDairywasmadefrommultipledimensionssuchasorganizationalstructure,developmentstrategy,humanresources,socialresponsibilityandcorporateculture.Throughthestudy,itisfoundthatthereareaseriesofproblemsintheinternalcontrolenvironmentofBrightDairy,suchastheorganizationalstructureistoolarge,thedevelopmentstrategyisnotclearenough,andthehumanresourcestructureisunreasonable.Inviewoftheseproblems,thispaperputsforwardcorrespondingoptimizationsuggestions,includingtheimplementationofflatmanagement,clearmarketpositioning,andoptimizationofhumanresourcestructure.TheresearchinthispapernotonlyhelpstoimprovetheinternalcontrollevelofBrightDairyandpromotethehealthydevelopmentoftheenterprise,butalsoprovidesusefulreferenceandenlightenmentforotherenterprises,whichishelpfultopro
