摘要

首先阐述了研究背景及相关理论，随后，基于医药制造业行业现状和冠福股份公司盈利现状，选取盈利性、结构性、稳定性、现金流动性、持续性五个维度建立盈利质量单项指标分析体系，结合行业均值对冠福股份公司进行盈利质量横向对比分析:通过横向对比分析和纵向综合分析发现冠福股份公司盈利质量中存在的问题，结合财务数据分析造成冠福股份公司盈利质量存在问题的原因，并提出可行性建议，以此达到提升冠福股份公司盈利质量扩大公司经济效益的目的。通过分析，发现造成当前冠福股份公司盈利质量中存在问题的外部因素为政策的不断调整和行业的发展变化，内部因素为资产周转效率较低、主营业务获利能力弱、成本利润率低、现金保障不足的问题。结合冠福股份公司经营现状的基础上提出建立市场导向的政策反应机制，强化政策风险抵御能力、完善公司营运资本控制系统，提升公司资产运作能力、提升主营业务利润率，加强新药研发力度、制定成本管理办法，降低公司成本费用支出、加强公司现金流管理，提升经营现金流速率的提高公司盈利质量的合理性建议，从而帮助公司提高自身盈利质量，扩大经济效益，创造更大价值。

Abstract
