企业资本结构的设计与优化问题探讨

——以万达集团为例

摘要：资本结构理论是现代公司理论的基础,资本结构作为公司资本构成的静态反映,又称企业融资结构,指长期负债与权益(普通股、特别股、保留盈余)的分配情况,也是上市公司的各项资产的组成及其所占百分比。企业资本结构优化是指通过对企业资本结构的调整,使其资本结构趋于合理化,达到即定目标的过程。

本文对万达集团实行的资本结构进分析探讨，在经历重资产运营后转向轻资产运营的过程中，解决了传统运营模式下的限制和阻碍，为企业资本结构的优化带来新的方向。不合理的企业资本结构设计会使得企业遭遇财务风险等问题，严重影响企业的发展，因此优化企业资本结构对于企业集团的发展来说具有重要意义。

Thispaperanalyzesanddiscussesthecapitalstructureimplementedbywandagroup.Intheprocessofswitchingfromasset-heavyoperationtoasset-lightoperation,itsolvesthelimitationsandobstaclesunderthetraditionaloperationmodeandbringsanewdirectionfortheoptimizationofenterprisecapitalstructure.Unreasonablecapitalstructuredesignofenterpriseswillcauseenterprisestoencounterfinancialrisksandotherproblems,whichwillseriouslyaffectthedevelopmentofenterprises.Therefore,optimizingthecapitalstructureofenterprisesisofgreatsignificanceforthedevelopmentofenterprisegroups.
