随着当世界经济水平的不断向前发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，人们对于健康身体的需求也越来越高，人们对于生鲜产品的新鲜程度提出了越来越高的要求。生鲜产业作为一个能够直接影响到广大民众生活的行业，其发展状况直接影响到广大民众的生活水平，冷链物流近几年才在中国发展起来但发展程度较低，我国每年仍然有大量的生鲜食品由于物流配送问题导致食品腐烂，这不仅会对生鲜产品的经济效益产生影响，也是对资源的浪费。
本文以新乡美特好超市生鲜物流配送为研究对象，在借鉴现有研究成果及相关理论的前提下，首先分析了当前研究背景和目的，基于对国内外相关文献的综述，概述了研究内容与方法，其次阐述了生鲜冷链物流等相关理论概念的界定以及一些理论框架，随后对新乡美特好超市的概况和生鲜物流配送的现状进行了介绍，深入剖析了新乡美特好超市生鲜物流配送存在的问题，最终提出了加强生鲜物流信息化建设、完善生鲜冷链基础设施建设、改善生鲜配送模式、完善生鲜物流配送管理制度等改进对策和建议。
