河南省农产品绿色物流发展存在的问题分析.docx

摘要

随着全球经济的快速发展，提倡可持续发展的绿色物流越来越受到人们的重视。绿色物流涵盖了集约资源、绿色运输、绿色仓储、绿色包装和逆向物流等内容。农产品物流是以农业产出物为对象，通过对农产品的加工、运输、储存、包装和配送等物流环节，做到使农产品增值，最终传递给消费者的过程。农产品绿色物流是指在传统的农产品物流操作和管理活动中融入可持续发展的理念，力求降低对环境的污染、减少资源消耗，利用先进的物流技术，规划和实施农产品各环节的物流活动。河南省农产品资源丰富，是我国重要的农产品生产基地之一;农产品社会需求量很大，而且生产具有季节性和地域性，消费则具有常年性和广泛性。

农产品绿色物流观念上的认识不足，绿色物流技术落后，物流信息化水平不高，缺乏专业的农产品绿色物流人才农产品物流的现代化程度低，政策和制度不完善。河南省发展农产品绿色物流的对策，本文认为要加大政府扶持力度，提高对农产品绿色物流价值的认识;加快培养专业的农产品绿色物流人才;提高物农产品流现代化水平;在包装、储运和加工环节实行绿色化。

Abstract

Withtherapiddevelopmentofglobaleconomy,greenlogisticsadvocatingsustainabledevelopmentisattractedmoreandmoreattention.Greenlogisticscoversintensiveresources,greentransportation,greenstorage,greenpackagingandreverselogistics.Agriculturalproductslogisticsisaprocessofagriculturaloutputastheobject,throughtheprocessing,transportation,storage,packaginganddistributionofagriculturalproducts,toincreasethevalueofagriculturalproducts,andfinallypasstoconsumers.Greenlogisticsofagriculturalproductsreferstotheintegrationofsustainabledevelopmentintothetraditionallogisticsoperationandmanagementactivitiesofagriculturalproducts,andstrivetoreduceenvironmentalpollution,reduceresourceconsumption,andtheuseofadvancedlogisticstechnology,planningandimplementinglogisticsactivitiesinalllinksofagriculturalproducts.Henanprovinceisrichinagriculturalresources,isoneoftheimportantagriculturalproductionbasesinChina;thesocialdemandforagriculturalproductsisverylarge,andtheproductionisseasonalandregional,theconsumptionisperennialandextensive.

Theconceptofgreenagriculturallogisticsconceptisinsufficient,thegreenlogisticstechnologyisbackward,thelogisticsinformationizationlevelisnothigh,thelackofprofessionalgreenlogisticstalentsagriculturallogisticsmodernizationdegreeislow,thepolicyandsystemisnotperfect.Thecountermeasureso
