雨润集团预制菜冷链物流体系优化研究.docx

摘要

现代物流业是国民经济的支柱产业，而冷链物流是现代物流业的重要组成部分。在新发展阶段，大力发展冷链物流是促进农业供给侧结构性改革的必然要求。预制菜物流的配送关系到农户、企业、城乡消费者的共同利益，提高冷链物流配送效率、保持农产品新鲜度、降低货损率有助于农户增加收入、企业减少成本、增进消费者满意程度。冷链物流可以使预制菜保存在合适的存储温度中，延缓预制菜腐坏，减少由于运输过程产生的货损。由于冷链物流需要全程打冷，成本较高，商家多选择零担物流进行配送，由于零担物流配送过程中节点多，运作中有一定复杂性，作为冷链物流的零担配送在串点过程中还需要考虑到车温货温，则更为繁杂。因此，冷链物流零担配送在行业中一直存在配送效率低，配送成本高的问题。

Abstract

Modernlogisticsindustryisthepillarindustryofthenationaleconomy,andthecoldchainlogisticsisanimportantpartofthemodernlogisticsindustry.Inthenewdevelopmentstageofdevelopment,vigorouslydevelopingcoldchainlogisticsisaninevitablerequirementtopromoteagriculturalsupply-sidestructuralreform.Thedistributionoffreshagriculturalproductslogisticsisrelatedtothecommoninterestsoffarmers,enterprisesandurbanandruralconsumers.Improvingtheefficiencyofcoldchainlogisticsdistribution,maintainingthefreshnessofagriculturalproductsandreducingthecargolossratewillhelpfarmersincreasetheirincome,enterprisesreducecostsandenhanceconsumersatisfaction.Coldchainlogisticscankeeptheprefabricatedvegetablesintheappropriatestoragetemperature,delaythedecayoftheprefabricatedvegetables,andreducethecargolosscausedbythetransportationprocess.Becausethecoldchainlogisticsneedstobecooledinthewholeprocessandthecostishigh,merchantsmostlychoosesmallloadlogisticsfordistribution.Becausetherearemanynodesintheprocessofsmallloadlogisticsdistribution,thereissomecomplexityintheoperation,asthecoldchainlogisticsdistributionneedstoconsiderthetemperatureofvehiclesandgoodsintheprocessofchainpoint,soitismorecomplicated.Therefore,coldchainlogisticsdistributionintheindustryhasbeenlowdistributionefficiencyandhighdistributioncosts.
