Asanemergingprofession,e-commerceanchorsarerapidlyemerginginthecontextoftheintegrationofe-commerceandlivebroadcasttechnology,theyarenotonlyproductpromoters,butalsothespokespersonofconsumertrustandtheguideofshoppingdecisions.Inordertoimproveself-cultivation,anchorsneedtocontinuelearning,self-restraintandmanagement,andpayattentiontoemotionalmanagementandemotionalregulation,teamworkandcommunication.Atpresent,thee-commerceanchorindustryisfacingchallengessuchasexpandingscale,intensifiedcompetitionandproblems,andanchorshavedeficienciesinpersonalqualityandself-cultivation,suchaslackofintegrity,improperwordsanddeeds,etc.Theseproblemsstemfromtheimperfectsupervisionoftheindustryandthelowself-requirementsofanchors.Inordertoimprovethepersonalqualityandself-cultivationofanchors,itisrecommendedtostrengthenprofessionalabilitytraining,communicationabilityimprovementandmoralcharactertraining,andatthesametime,callontheindustrytostrengthensupervisionandstandardizeddevelopment,raisetheentrythresholdforanchors,andpromotethehealthyandorderlydevelopmentoftheindustry.Thisarticlefocusesonthepersonalqualityandself-cultivationofe-commerceanchors,andprovidesabasisandreferenceforthepersonalimprovementofe-commerceanchors.
