3.2CompliancewithLawsandRegulations

4.1LesseesObligations
TheLesseeshallberesponsibleforthedailymaintenanceandminorrepairsoftheProperty,atitsownexpense.
4.2LessorsObligations
TheLessorshallberesponsibleforthemajorrepairsandmaintenanceoftheProperty,atitsownexpense.
