标书供货保障流程

1.采购方拟邀请的供应商需要提交符合要求的标书。

2.供应商提交的标书应包括产品/服务的详细描述、价格、交货时

间等信息。

Thetendersubmittedbythesuppliershouldinclude

3.采购方将评审所有提交的标书，并选定符合条件的供应商。

andselectqualifiedsuppliers.

4.选定的供应商将收到通知，并开始履行合同。

Theselectedsupplierswillreceivenotificationsand

begintofulfilthecontract.

5.供应商应按要求提供所需产品/服务，并保证质量和交货时间。

Thesuppliershouldprovidetherequired

products/servicesasrequested,andensurequalityand

deliverytime.

6.如有任何质量问题或延迟交货，供应商应立即采取相应措施解

决问题。

Ifthereareanyqualityissuesordeliverydelays,the

suppliershouldtakeimmediatemeasurestoaddressthe

problems.

7.采购方将对供应商的履约情况进行监督和检查。

8.如供应商无法履行合同，采购方有权解除合同并追究责任。

purchasingpartyhastherighttorescindthecontractand

9.采购方将依据合同要求支付相应款项给供应商。

10.双方应遵守合同约定的其他条款和条件，并保持合作关系的良

好。

11.供应商需严格按照合同要求履行各项责任。

12.标书的评审将由采购方的专业人员组成的评审组进行。

13.评审组将根据标书的相关要求和标准进行评分。

14.评审结果将最终
