我国商业银行绿色金融的现状、存在问题及对策研究-以中国工商银行为例

摘要：近年来，随着我国工业化过程的推动，我国经济开展取得了长足的提高，与此同时却引发了一系列的环境问题，绿色发展、可持续发展的理念日益深刻人心。诸如雾霾天气、可吸入空气小颗粒等一系列环境问题，困扰着人们的生活。政府对于绿色发展颁布了一系列政策，其中，我国商业银行踊跃呼应国家的政策，将绿色发展理念与自身产品相连接，主动展开“绿色金融”业务，使绿色金融理论落到实处。在政府和国家的积极首倡下，国内商业银行绿色金融业务已小有规模，但与此同时也面临着许多挑战。本文主要从金融专业的角度出发，以中国工商银行为案例，对我国商业银行绿色金融的现状和存在的问题进行了概述，最后就我国商业银行绿色金融的现状和存在问题提出一些对应政策。

Abstract:Inrecentyears,withthepromotionofChinasindustrializationprocess,Chinaseconomicdevelopmenthasmadegreatprogress.Atthesametime,ithascausedaseriesofenvironmentalproblems.Theconceptofgreendevelopmentandsustainabledevelopmenthasbecomeincreasinglypopular.Aseriesofenvironmentalproblems,suchashazeweather,smallparticlesofinhalableairandsoon,perplexpeopleslife.Thegovernmenthaspromulgatedaseriesofpoliciesforgreendevelopment,amongwhich,Chinascommercialbanksactivelyrespondtothenationalpolicies,connecttheconceptofgreendevelopmentwiththeirownproducts,activelylaunchthegreenfinancebusiness,andmakethegreenfinancetheorycomeintoeffect.Withtheinitiativeofthegovernmentandthestate,thegreenfinancialbusinessofdomesticcommercialbankshasbeensmall-scale,butatthesametime,theyarealsofacingmanychallenges.Fromtheperspectiveoffinancialspecialty,thisarticletakesIndustrialandCommercialBankofChinaasanexample,summarizesthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofgreenfinanceinChinascommercialbanks,andfinallyputsforwardsomecorrespondingpoliciesonthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofgreenfinanceinChinascommercialbanks.
