1.GrantofRights
a.TheAuthorgrantstothePublishertheexclusiverighttopublishanddistributetheWorkinprintandelectronicform,inallterritoriesworldwide,foraperiodof[Number]yearsfromthedateofthisContract.
b.ThePublishershallhavetherighttoedit,revise,andadapttheWorkforpublicationpurposes,providedthatsuchediting,revision,oradaptationdoesnotmateriallyalterthenatureorsubstanceoftheWork.
c.TheAuthorwarrantsthattheWorkisoriginal,hasnotbeenpreviouslypublished,anddoesnotinfringeuponanycopyright,trademark,oranyotherintellectualpropertyrightsofanythirdparty.
2.Royalties
a.ThePublishershallpaytheAuthoraroyaltyof[Percentage]%ofthenetrevenuesreceivedfromthesaleoftheWork.
b.RoyaltiesshallbepaidtotheAuthorona[Quarterly/Annual]basis,within[Number]daysaftertheendofeachreportingperiod.

4.PublicationandPromotion
a.ThePublishershalluseitsbesteffortstopublishandpromotetheWorkinallterritoriesworldwide.
b.TheAuthoragreestocooperatewiththePublisherinthepromotionandmarketingoftheWork.
c.ThePublishermayusetheAuthorsname,likeness,andbiographicalinformationforpromotionalpurposes.
