article1:scopeofsupply

1.2thespecifictypes,quantities,pricesandothertermsofthegoodsshallbedeterminedthepartiesthroughnegotiationandsetforthintheannexhereto.

article2:delivery

2.1partyAshalldeliverthegoodstothedesignateddeliveryaddressofpartyBwithinthetimeperiodagreedupontheparties.

2.2partyAshallberesponsibleforthepackagingandtransportationcostsofthegoods,andthespecificpaymenttermsshallbesetforthintheannexhereto.

article3:qualityandquantityguarantee

3.1partyAguaranteesthatthegoodsprovidedunderthisagreementmeettherelevantqualityandsafetystandardsandregulationsofthepeoplesrepublicofchina.

3.2partyAshallensurethatthequantityofthegoodsdeliveredisaccurateandinaccordancewiththetermsoftheagreement.

4.1partyBshallpayforthegoodsinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymenttermssetforthintheannexhereto.

4.2thepaymenttermsshallbeconsistentwiththedeliveryterms,andthepartiesshallsettlethepaymentwithinareasonabletimeafterthedeliveryofthegoods.
