中文摘要

我国企业国际化是开放经济这个是必然趋势,也是企业家走向世

界必经之路,实现现代化的必由之路。中国的企业就必须实现国际化,

完成走向国内市场和走向世界市场的再次跨跃,我国的现代化离不开

企业的国际化,加入世贸组织使中国企业国际化面临新的形势。本文

通过企业国际化是中国企业的又一次革命,提出我国企业国际化战略

的依据,分析了我国企业国际化的类型和方式以及制定我国企业国际

化战略应注意的问题。
