鉴于甲方和乙方已经登记结婚，为了加强双方之间的感情基础，保障双方在婚姻关系存续期间内的合法权益，甲乙双方本着平等、自愿、诚实、信用的原则，特订立本保证书。

一、忠诚保证

1.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethatduringthetermoftheirmarriage,theywillbeloyaltoeachother,andneitherpartyshallhaveanyextramaritalaffairs,engageinhomosexuality,orhaveanyotherbehaviorthatviolatesthesanctityofmarriage.

2.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethattheywillnotphysically,mentally,oremotionallyabuseeachother,andwilltreateachotherwithrespect,kindness,andtolerance.

二、财产保证

1.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethatallthepropertyacquiredeitherpartybeforeorduringthemarriageshallbedeemedjointproperty,unlessotherwisespecifiedinwriting.

2.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethatanyinheritancereceivedeitherpartyduringthemarriageshallalsobedeemedjointproperty,unlessotherwisespecifiedinwriting.

3.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethattheywillnotsecretlytransfer,disposeof,orsquanderthejointpropertywithouttheconsentoftheotherparty.

三、债务保证

1.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethatanydebtsincurredeitherpartybeforeorduringthemarriageshallbejointdebts,unlessotherwisespecifiedinwriting.

2.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethattheywillnotsecretlyassumeanyindividualdebtswithouttheconsentoftheotherparty.

四、子女抚养保证

1.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethattheywilljointlyraiseandeducatetheirchildren,andneitherpartyshallalienateorharmthechildrensinterests.

2.甲乙双方mutuallypromiseandguaranteethattheywillpromptlyresolveanydisputesrelatedtothechildrensupbringingandeducationthroughconsultationandmutualagreement.

五、违约责任

1.如一方违反本保证书的规定，需向另一方支付违约金人民币____元（大写：__________________________元整）。

2.如一方违反本保证书的规定，导致婚姻关系破裂，另一方有权要求离婚，并要求违约方承担相应的法律责任。
