3.1IntroductiontoaL/CTheroleofcommercialinvoiceTheinvoiceisissuedbythesellertothebuyer.Itisthegeneraldescriptionofthegoodsdeliveredanditisalistofthepricesofthegoodsdispatched.Theimporterusesinvoicestocheckthegoodsandknowsthequality,specifications,andthevalueofthegoods.Itisthebasisoftheaccountkeepingforimportersandexporters.Intheabsenceofadraft,theexportermayreceivethepaymentbyusingtheinvoice.Invoiceisthebasicbasisofcustomsdeclarationandtaxpayment,anditisalsothebasisofothermanagement.SectionONE
