LeaseAgreement

ThisLeaseAgreementisenteredintoonthis[date]inShanghai,China,byandbetweentheLessor[landlordsname]andtheLessee[tenantsname].

1.PropertyDescription

TheLessoragreestoleasetotheLesseethepropertylocatedat[address]inShanghai,China.Thepropertyconsistsof[descriptionofproperty,suchasnumberofbedrooms,bathrooms,squarefootage,etc.].TheLesseeagreestousethepropertysolelyforresidentialpurposes.

2.TermofLease

Theleasetermshallcommenceon[startdate]andendon[enddate].TheLesseeshallvacatethepropertybynoononthelastdayoftheleaseterm.IntheeventthattheLesseewishestorenewthelease,theymustnotifytheLessoratleast30dayspriortotheendoftheterm.

3.Rent

Intheeventthateitherpartywishestoterminatetheleasebeforetheendoftheterm,theymustprovidewrittennoticetotheotherpartyatleast30daysinadvance.TheLesseeshall
