临床护理路径在小儿腹泻中的应用效果分析

摘要：目的：探讨临床护理路径对小儿腹泻患者的应用效果。方法：选择于2014年6月至2015年6月在我院住院的小儿腹泻患者80例，随机分为两组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用临床护理路径，观察、比较两组患者住院费用、健康教育时间、住院时间、对疾病的认知度评分、护理满意度评分五个方面的情况。结果：实验组患者的住院时间较对照组缩短，健康教育时间缩短，住院费用降低，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，实验组患者对疾病认知度的评分较高，护理满意度评分明显升高，两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对小儿腹泻患者采用临床护理路径，能够缩短住院时间，减少健康教育时间，缩短无效住院日，降低住院费用，提高患者对疾病的发病原因、诊断、治疗等方面的认知度，提高患者对护理的满意度，值得临床上广泛推广。

Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheclinicalcarepathforpediatricpatientswithdiarrheaapplicationeffect.Methods:Choose80pediatricdiarrheapatientsfromJune2014toJune2015inourhospital,wererandomlypidedintotwogroups,eachof40cases.Thecontrolgroupreceivedusualcare,theexperimentalgroupreceivedclinicalnursingpath,observing,comparingtwogroupsofpatientsinhospitalcosts,healtheducationtime,hospitalizationtime,awarenessofthediseasescore,caresatisfactionscoresofthefiveareas.Results:Thelengthofstayofpatientsintheexperimentalgroupthaninthecontrolgroupshortenedshortenedhealtheducation,reducehospitalcosts,thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05);Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theexperimentalgroupsawarenessofthediseaseinpatientswithhighscores,caresatisfactionscoresweresignificantlyincreased,thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Conclusion:Theclinicalcareofchildrenwithdiarrheaweretreatedwithapaththatcanshortenhospitalstays,reducehealtheducationtimeandshortenthehospitalstayisinvalid,reducehospitalcostsandimprovepatientawarenessofthecauses,diagnosis,treatment,etc.,toimprovepatientnursingsatisfaction,shouldbepopularizedinclinicalpractice.
