1.Firstrecommendations:

•Inordertogetacorrectdisplay,it’salsoessentialyouhavethemonitorcalibrated,referto

theProfilemymonitordocument.

•RefertotheMediatypefunctionalityfeaturesandchoosethemostappropriatemedia.

•EnsurethatthePaperTypesettingonthefrontpanelcorrespondstothepaperthatyouintend

touse.Itisessentialthatthepaperiscorrectlycolorcalibratedfortheprinter;refertothe

Calibratemyprinterdocument.

•Ifthepaperthatyouareusingisnotlisted,westronglyrecommendcreatinganewCustom

PaperType,orifyoucannotfindapapertypethatresemblesyourscloselyenough.Youcan

addacustompaperautomaticallybyusingtheHPColorCenter;refertotheAddandprofile

anewpapertypedocument.

•MakesuretheAdvancedModeisdisplayed.

•WorkingSpaceRGB:Selecttheprofileofthescannerorcamerayouhaveusedtoget

thephoto(sourceprofile),ifyoudon’thaveit,selectsRGBIEC61966-2.1orAdobeRGB.

•WorkingSpaceCMYK:EuropeISOCoatedFOGRA27(forEurope),U.S.WebCoated

(SWOP)v2(forUS)andJapanSta
