1.Firstrecommendations:

•RefertotheMediatypefunctionalityfeaturesandchoosethemostappropriatemedia.

•Itisessentialthatyouhavethemediatypecorrectlycalibratedwiththeprinter,refertothe

Calibratemyprintersection.

•Inordertogetacorrectdisplay,it’salsoessentialthatyouhavethemonitorprofiled,referto

theProfilemymonitordocument.

•Ifthepaperthatyouareusingisnotlisted,orifyoucannotfindapapertypethatresembles

yourscloselyenough,westronglyrecommendcreatinganewCustomPaperType.Youcan

addacustompaperautomaticallybyusingtheHPColorCenter;refertotheAddandprofile

anewpapertypedocument.

3.ConfiguretheColorSettings,EditmenuColorSettings…:

•ChecktheEnableColorManagementcheckbox.

•MakesuretheAdvancedModecheckboxisticked.

•WorkingSpaceRGB:Selecttheprofileofthescannerorcamerayouhaveusedtotake

thephoto(sourceprofile),ifyoudon’thaveit,AdobeRGB(1998).

•WorkingSpaceCMYK:EuropeISOCoatedFOGRA27(forEurope),U.S.WebCoated

(SWOP)v2`(forUS)andJapanStandardv2(forJapan).
