摘要：文章以唐岛湾小区更新改造实践项目为例，分析老旧住宅小区外部环境现状及存在的问题，探讨其外部空间层次

设置与邻里关系营造的相互关系，并对老旧住宅小区外部交往空间改造的建构方式开展积极的探索设计。通过采取多层级、

立体化和模块化的建构策略，重构具有传统邻里交往功能的住区外部空间和场所，形成城镇老旧住宅区外部空间改造模式，

为今后大范围的老旧建筑外部空间改造提供理论支持。

Abstract:TakingtherenewalandreconstructionpracticeprojectofTangdaowanresidentialquarterasanexample,thispaperanalyzes

thecurrentsituationandexistingproblemswiththeexternalenvironmentoftheoldresidentialdistrict,discussestherelationshipbetween

theexternalspatiallevelandtheneighborhoodformation,andactivelyexploresanddesignstheconstructionmodeoftheoutdoor

intercoursespacefortheoldresidentialdistrict.Throughthemulti-level,three-dimensionalandmodularconstructionstrategy,theexternal

spaceandplacefortheresidentialareawiththetraditionalneighborhoodcommunicationfunctionisreconstructed,andtheexternalspace

transformationmodeoftheurbanoldresidentialdistrictisformed,providingthetheoreticalsupportforthefuturelarge-scaleexternal

spacetransformationoftheoldbuildings.
