后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折的临床效果分析

【摘要】目的分析单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折实行后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗的临床效果。方法回顾2022年3月-2023年3月我院接收的30例单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折患者，均接受后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗，对患者手术情况、相关性指标、神经功能进行分析。结果30例患者顺利完成手术，术中出现1例（3.33%）术中出现硬膜损伤，术后接受为期3月的随访，随访过程出现2例（6.67%）创口感染；30例单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折患者术后1周及随访3月伤椎前缘高度、Cobbs角恢复情况良好，且疼痛程度逐渐降低，而神经功能也逐渐恢复，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论单节段腰椎爆裂性骨折实行后路椎体次全切联合钛笼钉棒内固定治疗临床效果佳。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicaleffectofposteriorvertebralsubtotalresectioncombinedwithtitaniumcagenailrodinternalfixationforsinglelevellumbarburstfracture.Methods30casesofsinglelevellumbarburstfracturereceivedinourhospitalfromMarch2022toMarch2023werereviewed,allofwhichweretreatedwithposteriorvertebralsubtotalresectioncombinedwithtitaniumcagenailrodinternalfixation.Thesurgicalstatus,correlationindexesandneurologicalfunctionofthepatientswereanalyzed.Results30patientssuccessfullycompletedtheoperation,1case(3.33%)hadduralinjuryduringtheoperation,and2cases(6.67%)hadwoundinfectionduringthefollow-upfor3months.TheheightoftheanteriorvertebraandCobbsAngleoftheinjuredvertebrarecoveredwell1weekaftersurgeryand3monthsafterfollow-up,andthedegreeofpaingraduallydecreased,whilethenervefunctionalsograduallyrecovered,withstatisticalsignificance(P0.05).ConclusionPosteriorsubtotalvertebralresectioncombinedwithtitaniumcagenailrodinternalfixationiseffectiveinthetreatmentofsinglelevellumbarburstfracture.
