Background随着临床护理学科的发展，安全、有效、可靠的中长期静脉治疗途径越来越受到各医院临床工作者的高度重视。

经过多年的技术推广，Picc的应用已在国内大中城市的大型综合医院具备了一定的技术基础，但规范的Picc的理论培训及操作流程的执行始终是各大医院为之困扰的问题。

为了满足临床护理操作人员呼声日增的操作资格认证需求，也为了规范包括Picc技术在内的中长期静脉治疗，提高护理工作者在Picc置管过程中的穿刺成功率及在使用中心静脉输液器材过程中出现的临床问题的解决能力，迫切需要由行业专业协会牵头建立系统、科学、严谨的中长期静脉治疗的标准化培训体系，加深临床应用者对这一治疗途径的认识和远期规划。

Asthedevelopmentofclinicalnursingsubject,amediumtolong-termintravenoustherapywhichissafe,effectiveandreliableisdrawingmoreandmoreattentionofthecliniciansinvarioushospitals.Afteryearsoftechnologypopularization,thetechnologicalbaseforapplicationofPicc(PeripherallyInsertedCentralCatheter)hasbeenbuiltinthelarge-scalegeneralhospitalsoflargeandmedium-sizedcitiesofthecountry.However,thestandardizedacademictrainingofPiccandtheexecutionofoperationprocedurearealwaysthetroubleforeachlarge-scalehospital.Inordertomeettheincreasingdemandoftheclinicalnursingoperatingstafffortheauthenticationofoperationqualifications,andwiththepurposeofstandardizingthemediumtolong-termintravenoustherapiesincludingPicctechniqueandincreasingthesuccessratioofpunctureintheprocessofPicctubingandtheabilitiestosolvetheclinicalproblemsinusingcentralintravenoustransfusionequipmentfortheclinicians,thereisanurgentneedfortheindustryprofessionalassociationtoleadtheestablishmentofastandardizedtrainingsystemofmediumtolong-termintravenoustherapywhichissystematic,scientific
