产教融合背景下应用型本科院校兽医人才培养路径探索

摘要新时代背景下，应用型本科院校通过产教融合提升人才培养质量已成为职业教育的必然趋势。对开设动物医学专业的院校而言，探索兽医人才培养路径具有重要意义。分析了目前应用型本科院校兽医人才培养现状及存在问题，阐述了产教融合对应用型兽医人才培养提出的新要求，从加强学校与企业密切合作、创新办学机制及人才培养模式、合理设置课程及创新教学模式、提高师资质量和搭建各类平台、提高学生专业技能等方面对应用型本科院校兽医人才培养路径进行了探索。

AbstractUnderthebackgroundofthenewera，ithasbecomeaninevitabletrendofvocationaleducationforhighervocationalcollegestoimprovethequalityofpersonneltrainingthroughtheintegrationofproductionandeducation.Itisofgreatsignificancetoexplorethetrainingpathofveterinarytalentsforcollegesanduniversitiesofferingveterinaryspecialty.Thispaperanalyzedthecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofveterinarypersonneltraininginhighervocationalcolleges，andexpoundedthenewrequirementsforveterinarypersonneltraininginhighervocationalcollegesbytheintegrationofindustryandeducation.Thecultivationpathofveterinarytalentsinappliedundergraduatecollegeswasexploredfromtheaspectsofstrengtheningclosecooperationbetweenschoolsandenterprises，innovatingschool-runningmechanismandpersonneltrainingmode，settingupcoursesandinnovativeteachingmoderationally，improvingthequalityofteachers，buildingvariousplatformsandimprovingstudentsprofessionalskills，etc..

随着经济发展方式的转变和产业结构转型的升级，我国职业教育人才培养目标正从“高素质技能型人才”转变为“应用技术技能型人才”[1-2]。产教融合是随着经济发展而产生的针对应用型本科院校的一种新型人才培养模式，应用型本科院校将产业与教学深度结合，为提高人才培养质量而与行业企业开展深度合作，从而形成学校与企业浑然一体的新型办学模式。国务院《关于加快发展现代职业教育的决定》强调：“深化产教融合，鼓励行业和企业举办或参与举办职业教育，发挥企业重要办学主体作用”。2
