子宫内膜息肉对不孕症患者的影响

[摘要]目的探讨子宫内膜息肉对不孕症患者妊娠情况的影响。方法选取2016年7月～2018年7月石家庄市第一医院接诊的340例不孕症患者，其中140例助孕失败患者（A组）及200例未助孕患者（B组），对其相关资料进行分析。A组中子宫内膜息肉69例，无子宫内膜息肉71例;B组中子宫内膜息肉98例，无子宫内膜息肉102例。观察不同年龄段、不同孕产史、不孕时间患者子宫内膜息肉的发生状况，并进一步分析两组患者的临床妊娠发生率。结果不同年龄段、不同孕产史、不孕时间患者的子宫内膜息肉发生率差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）;A组中，子宫内膜息肉摘除者的妊娠成功率明显高于无子宫内膜息肉者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;B组中，子宫内膜息肉摘除者的妊娠成功率稍高于无子宫内膜息肉者，但差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论子宫内膜息肉是导致患者不孕的重要因素，会对助孕产生影响，降低妊娠率，因此，对于不孕症患者，应该在早期及时予以宫腔镜检查，一旦发现子宫内膜息肉，应及时摘除从而提高患者的临床妊娠成功率。
