Just-In-Time(JIT)manufacturingsystemwasdevelopedbyTaiichiOhnowhich
iscalledJapanese“Toyotaproductionsystem”JITmanufacturingsystemhasthe
primarygoalofcontinuouslyreducingandultimatelyeliminatingallformsof
wastes(Brownetal.[5],Ohno[54],Sugimorietal.[82]).Basedonthis
principle,Japanesecompaniesareoperatingwithverylowlevelofinventoryand
realizingexceptionallyhighlevelofqualityandproductivity(RichardJ.
Tersine[62],JamesH.Greene[30]).JITemphasizes“zeroconcept”which
meansachievementofthegoalsofzerodefects,zeroqueues，zeroinventories,
zerobreakdownandsoon.Itensuresthesupplyofrightpartsinrightquantity
intherightplaceandattherighttime.Hence,theoldsystemofmaterial
acquisitionand,buyerandsellerrelationshipsarechangedtonewrevolutionary
