上海市嘉定工业区2014－水痘疫情分析

摘要目的：分析上海市嘉定工业区2014-2020年水痘的流行病学特征，为水痘的防控工作提供参考依据。方法：通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集上海市嘉定工业区2014年1月1日至2020年12月31日报告所有水痘病例信息，采用描述性方法进行分析。结果：上海嘉定工业区2014-2020年水痘的年均发病率为77.53/10万，发病率总体呈下降趋势，2020年发病率明显偏低。水痘的好发年龄段为5～9岁，职业分布为学生为主。水痘在全年均有发病，每年的5-7月和11-12月为发病高峰期。结论：上海市嘉定工业区的水痘发病情况有所好转，应在高发季节针对学校和托幼机构等场所开展有针对性的防控工作，做好消毒通风工作及健康宣教，减少水痘的发病。
