两种剖宫产缝合技术对子宫切口瘢痕憩室形成的作用比照观察

【摘要】目的：探究分析两种剖宫产缝合技术，对子宫切口瘢痕憩室形成产生的作用。方法：选择2017年9月至2020年4月作为研究时段，在该时段内将96名接受择期剖宫产手术的产妇分为两组，单组内纳入48名患者。对照组患者采用单层连续缝合，实验组患者则选择双层连续缝合，对两组患者的手术指标进行记录，并分析两组患者的子宫切口瘢痕憩室形成率。结果：在实验结果中发现实验组患者的各项手术指标相较于对照组来说明显更优，两组数据对比差异显著（P0.05）；在实验结果中发现，相较于对照组来说，实验组患者的憩室形成率明显更低，数据对比分析差异显著（P0.05）。结论：剖宫产手术中应用双层连续缝合子宫切口，相较于单层连续缝合来说，更加有利于患者的子宫切口良好愈合，能够大大降低患者子宫切口瘢痕憩室形成的风险，使患者的手术质量得到进一步的提升。
