SECTION3:PAYMENTDEFAULTANDTERMINATION
3.1Incaseoflaterentpayment,thelesseeshallpayapenaltyasagreeduponbybothparties.
3.2Ifthelesseefailstomaketimelyrentpaymentsforacontinuousperiodexceeding[specifyduration],thelessorhastherighttoterminatethiscontractandreclaimtheproperty.
3.3Incaseofsignificantdamagetotheproperty,thelessormayterminatethecontractimmediatelyandclaim
