Preamble:

Afterfriendlynegotiation,PartyAagreestoleaseitsfactorybuildingtoPartyBforthepurposeofconductinglawfulbusinessactivities,andPartyBagreestoaccepttheleaseonthetermsandconditionssetoutinthisContract.

Article1:LeaseObject

1.1PartyAleasesitsfactorybuildingwiththeattachedfacilitiesandequipment(hereinaftercollectivelyreferredtoasLeaseProperty)toPartyBforthetermofthisContract.

Article2:TermofLease

2.1ThetermofleaseshallbefromthedateofcommencementofthisContractforaperiodof_______(LeasePeriod)years.
