SALESCONTRACT

I.PARTIESANDAGREEMENT

TheSelleragreestosellandtheBuyeragreestopurchasethefollowinggoods:

II.DELIVERY

III.PRICEANDPAYMENT

VII.FORCEMAJEURE

NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanydelayorfailuretoperformitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoeventsofforcemajeure,suchasnaturaldisasters,wars,riots,strikes,governmentactions,andotherunforeseeableeventsbeyondthecontrolofeitherparty.

VIII.TERMINATION

ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyintheeventofabreachbytheotherparty.Insuchcase,thenon-breachingpartyshallhavetherighttoclaimdamagessustainedduetothebreach.Terminationshallbesubjecttotheprovisionsofapplicablelawsandr
