Abstract:High-purifiedlooseartificialgraphiteiswidelyusedinmetallurgy,chemicaland
machineryindustries.However,thereexistmanyproblemsinhigh-purifiedlooseartificial
graphiteproduction,suchaslongheatcycle,highconsumption,seriousenvironmentalpollution,
unevenproductquality,andsoon.Continuousgraphitizingtechnology,continuousgraphitizing
furnaceandefficientenergyrecyclingsystemswereputforwardanddevelopedbasedonthe
applicationprospectofthehigh-purifiedloosegraphiteapplicationandgraphitizationmechanism.
heindustrialexperimentshowedthatcontinuousgraphitizingtechnologynotonlycanproduce
differentgraphitizationdegreeofhighpurityartificialgraphiteaccordingtodifferentusesbutalso
canreachthepurposeofenergyrecoveryandrecycling,highquality,highyield,low
consumptionandenvironmentalprotection.
