普外科管道护理的持续质量改进对外科置管患者的影响研究

【摘要】目的：探讨普外科管理护理的持续质量改进对外科置管患者的影响效果。方法：选择我院收治的普外科手术置管者作为研究对象，共计入组160例，纳入时间2016年1月-2018年1月，分组方式为随机数表法，均分为2组，每组患者80例。对照组患者接受常规普外科管理护理干预，而研究组则采取持续质量改进模式进行普外科管道护理干预。对两组患者一次置管成功率与置管意外事件进行记录，调查患者对管理护理满意率，实施组间统计学分析。结果：研究组患者一次置管成功率显著高于对照组（χ2=90090，P。结论：普外科管理护理中实施持续质量改进可以明显提高外科置管患者一次置管成功率，减少置管意外事件发生，提高患者对管道护理满意率，值得借鉴。
