泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的回顾性临床分析

[摘要]目的：探讨泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法：选取2016年4月—2017年5月我院收治的上消化道出血患者88例，将所选取的88例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各44例，对照组使用泮托拉唑治疗，观察组使用泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果：两组治疗后效果比较，观察组治疗显效37例，治疗有效6例，治疗无效1例，总有效率为97.7%，对照组治疗显效25例，治疗有效13例，治疗无效6例，总有效率为83.4%，两组结果比较差异显著，具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：采取泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗上消化道出血，不仅能提高临床治疗总有效率，而且治疗过程中，药物间有相互协同作用，安全范围较广，有较大的临床应用和推广意义。
