4.IntellectualProperty:AllintellectualpropertyrightsarisingoutoftheinternshipshallbeownedbytheCompany,exceptasotherwiseagreedbytheCompanyandtheIntern.

5.Liability:TheInternshallbeliableforanylossordamagecausedtotheCompanyduringtheinternship,exceptasotherwiseagreedbytheCompanyandtheIntern.

6.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementatanytimewithorwithoutcause,uponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.

1.HealthandSafety:TheCompanyshallensurethattheInternisprovidedwithasafeandhealthyworkenvironment,inaccordancewithapplicablelawsandregulations.
