ParkingLotLeaseAgreement

ThisParkingLotLeaseAgreement(hereinafterreferredtoastheAgreement)ismadeandenteredintobyandbetweentheLessorandtheLessee,effectiveasofthedateofsigning.

LESSEE:

(InsertnameofLessee,whichshouldbethepartyinterestedinleasingtheparkingspace)

AGREEMENTTERMSANDCONDITIONS:

1.LeasePropertyDescription:

Thesubjectofthisleaseisaparkingspacelocatedat(insertaddressoftheparkinglot).Theparkingspaceisidentifiedas(insertspecificidentificationdetails,ifapplicable).

2.LeaseTerm:

Thetermofthisleaseshallcommenceon(insertstartdate)andshallcontinueforaperiodof(insertleaseduration,e.g.,oneyear,fiveyears,etc.).Uponexpirationoftheleaseterm,unlessrenewedbymutualagreementinwriting,thisleaseshallterminate.

3.RentandPayment:

TheLesseeshallpaytheLessoranon-refundablerentof(insertrentamount)fortheuseoftheparkingspace.Therentshallbepaid(insertpaymentfrequency,e.g.,monthly,quarterly,etc.)inadvance.Lesseeshallalsobearallapplicabletaxesrelatedtothisleaseagreement.

4.UseandOccupancy:

Lesseeshallusetheparkingspacesolelyforthepurposeofparkingvehicles.LesseeshallnotallowanyunauthorizedpersonstoparkonthepremisesorengageinanyactivitiesthatmaybeunlawfulordetrimentaltotheLessororotherusersoftheparkinglot.

5.MaintenanceandRepairs:

Lesseeshallmaintaintheparkingspaceingoodconditionandshallbearallexpensesrelatedtoitsmaintenanceandrepairs.Incaseofanydamagecausedbynegligenceorimproperuse,LesseeshallpromptlynotifyLessorandbearallcostsofrepairs.

6.Termination:

Thisleasemaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyintheeventofdefaultbytheotherparty.Inaddition,thisleasemay
