低剂量米索前列醇置阴道后穹隆与低位水囊促宫颈成熟后催产素引产的效果

【摘要】目的：探討低剂量米索前列醇置阴道后穹隆与低位水囊促宫颈成熟后催产素引产的效果。方法：选择2017年3月-2019年3月笔者所在医院90例孕晚期促宫颈成熟引产产妇，随机分为两组，各45例。对照组行低位水囊引产，观察组行低剂量米索前列醇置阴道后穹隆引产，比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩指标及新生儿Apgar评分。结果：观察组促宫颈成熟总有效率为97.78%，高于对照组的86.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）;观察组引产至临产时间、总产程时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：与低位水囊相比，孕晚期促宫颈成熟引产产妇采用低剂量米索前列醇置阴道后穹隆可进一步提升宫颈成熟效果，缩短引产时间及产程时间，且不会对母婴健康产生影响，应用价值较高。

[Abstract]Objective：ToinvestigatetheeffectsoflowdoseMisoprostolintotheposteriorfornixofvaginaandlowwaterbladderforcervicalmaturationoninducedlaborbyOxytocin.Method：Atotalof90parturientswhopromotedcervicalmaturationandinducedlaborinthethirdtrimesterofpregnancyinourhospitalfromMarch2017toMarch2019wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwogroups，45casesineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupwasinducedbylowwaterbladder，andtheobservationgroupwasinducedbyMisoprostolintotheposteriorfornixofvaginatoinduce.Theeffectsofcervicalmaturation，deliveryindexesandneonatalApgarscorewerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Result：Thetotaleffectiverateofcervicalmaturationintheobservationgroupwas97.78%，whichwassignificantlyhigherthan86.67%ofthecontrolgroup，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comparedwiththelowwaterbladder，lowdoseMisoprostolintotheposteriorfornixofvaginainparturientswhopromotedcervicalmaturationandinducedlaborinthethirdtrimesterofpregnancycanfurtherimprovetheeffectofcervicalmaturation，shortenthetimeofinducedlaborandthedurationoflabor，andwillnotaffectthehealthofmotherandchild，andhasahighervalue.
