关于标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤临床研究

摘要：目的为了提高重型颅脑损伤疾病的治愈率，本文主要针对关于标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤疾病的临床效果进行研究。方法在本次研究中，选取了我院2010年到2018年间进行治疗的76名重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究的研究对象。在进行数据分析过程中，我们需要以不同治疗方式对重型颅脑损伤疾病的影响进行统计，因此参与本次研究的患者，我们均进行分组讨论，分为对照组与常规组，对照组患者使用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术进行治疗，常规组患者使用常规骨瓣开颅减压术进行治疗。结果本次研究收集到的所有数据均真实有效，数据之间的差异具有统计学意义，通过对收集到的所有数据进行分析之后，我们发现使用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅技术对重型颅脑损伤进行治疗的患者，各项治疗指标都具有明显效果，其中相对比较明显的指标主要有患者的治疗结果以及术后并发症发生率。结论使用两种不同的治疗方式，对重型颅脑损伤疾病进行治疗之后，我们对患者的最终治疗效果以及术后并发症发生率等数据进行分析，发现与常规骨瓣开颅术相比标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术治疗具有较高的使用价值。

ABSTRACT:ObjectiveToimprovethecurerateofseverecraniocerebralinjury,theclinicaleffectofstandardlargetraumaticcraniotomyforseverecraniocerebralinjurywasstudiedinthispaper.MethodsInthisstudy,76patientswithseverecraniocerebralinjurytreatedinourhospitalfrom2010to2018wereselectedastheresearchobjects.Intheprocessofdataanalysis,weneedtomakestatisticsontheimpactofdifferenttreatmentmethodsonseverecraniocerebralinjurydiseases.Therefore,thepatientswhoparticipatedinthisstudywerepidedintocontrolgroupandroutinegroup.Thepatientsincontrolgroupweretreatedwithstandardlargetraumaticcraniotomy,whilethepatientsinroutinegroupweretreatedwithroutinecraniotomyanddecompression.ResultsAllthedatacollectedinthisstudyaretrueandeffective,andthedifferencebetweenthedatahasstatisticalsignificance.Afteranalyzingallthedatacollected,wefoundthatthestandardlargetraumacraniotomytechnologyhasobviouseffectonthetreatmentofseverecraniocerebralinjurypatients,andtherelativelyobviousindicatorsaremainlypatients.Resultsoftreatmentandincidenceofcomplicationsafteroperation.ConclusionAfterthetreatmentofseverecraniocerebralinjurywithtwodifferentmethods,weanalyzedthefinaltherapeuticeffectandtheincidenceofcomplications.Wefoundthatstandardlargetraumaticcraniotomyhasahighervaluethanconventionalcraniotomy.
