加强细节护理管理对医疗风险事件及护患纠纷发生率的影响

【摘要】目的观察分析加强细节护理管理对医疗风险事件及护患纠纷的影响。方法将2017年1月-12月我院未实施细节护理管理的患者250例作为对照组，将我院2018年1月-12月实施细节护理管理的患者250例作为研究组。比较两组的医疗风险事件以及护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度以及护理质量评分。结果研究组医疗风险事件以及护患纠纷发生率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者的护理满意度为96.80%，明显高于对照组的87.60%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组比较，研究组服务态度、专业水平、履行职责、制度实施、优质服务等评分均明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论实施细节护理管理可有效提高本院护理管理质量及水平，并极大避免与降低医疗风险事件及护患纠纷发生率，提升护理人员细节护理意识及服务水平。

[abstract]objectivetoobserveandanalyzetheimpactofstrengtheningdetailednursingmanagementonmedicalriskeventsandnurse-patientdisputes.Methods250patientswithoutdetailednursingmanagementinourhospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2017wereselectedasthecontrolgroup,and250patientswithdetailednursingmanagementinourhospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2018wereselectedastheresearchgroup.Theincidenceofmedicalriskeventsandnurse-patientdisputes,nursingsatisfactionandnursingqualityscoreswerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Resultstheincidenceofmedicalriskeventsandnurse-patientdisputesinthestudygroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Thenursingsatisfactionofthepatientsinthestudygroupwas96.80%,significantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(87.60%),andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P0.05).Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,thescoresofserviceattitude,professionallevel,performanceresponsibility,systemimplementationandqualityserviceinthestudygroupweresignificantlyincreased,withstatisticallysignificantdifferences(P0.05).Conclusiontheimplementationofdetailednursingmanagementcaneffectivelyimprovethequalityandlevelofnursingmanagementinourhospital,greatlyavoidandreducetheincidenceofmedicalriskeventsandnurse-patientdisputes,andimprovethenursingstaffsawarenessofdetailednursingandservicelevel.
