LEASECONTRACT

ThisLeaseContractismadeon[Date]byandbetween[NameoftheLessor],havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[Address],hereinafterreferredtoasLessorand[NameoftheLessee],havingitsprincipalplaceofbusinessat[Address],hereinafterreferredtoasLessee.

1.PREMISES

TheLessoragreestoleasetotheLesseeandtheLesseeagreestotakeonleasefromtheLessorthepropertylocatedat[Address]describedas[propertydescription].

2.LEASEPERIOD

ThetermofthisLeaseshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate].Aftertheexpirationoftheleaseterm,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbybothparties,theleaseshallterminate.

3.RENT

7.SUB-LEASING

Lesseeshallnotsub-leaseorassignthisleasewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofLessor.Anysuchsub-leaseorassignmentshallbevoidandbindingonlyuponLessorsapproval.

8.EARLYTERMINATION

Earlyterminationofthisleaserequirestheconsentofbothparties.IncaseofLesseesdefault,Lessormayterminatethisleasewithorwithoutnotice.AnydamagescausedbyearlyterminationshallbebornebyLessee.

9.WARRANTIESANDCONDITIONSOFPREMISES

Lessorwarrantsthattheleasedpremisesareingoodconditionandfitf
