摘要：隨着社会的发展，女性权益保障事业日益完善，女性主义研究对中国性别研究的影响力越来越大，许多学者借用女性主义者所倡导的概念来推进争取妇女权力的努力。要借鉴西方女性主义理论来分析中国的实际问题，就要探讨女性主义理论方法论的意义，并用这些方法去分析实际问题。因此，女性主义的研究就显得尤为重要。本文主要介绍了长篇小说《冰与火之歌》中的社会背景，试图从女性主义的角度分析了长篇小说《冰与火之歌》中女性们的蜕变过程。她们在阴谋、在苦难的洗礼下，坚韧、顽强的特点显露无疑，在男人都在为权利而你死我活的争斗的时候，她们身上的温情，让人格外感动。她们追寻自由，独立的过程，就是女性主义的最好体现。本论文列举了众多满怀女性主义色彩的女性形象，她们通过自己的努力实现了人生价值，获得了社会认可，体现了女性主义对人类社会发展的重要性。
