摘要

中国基建物资租赁承包行业作为支撑建筑行业发展的重要组成部分，是推动建筑材料、机具及装备在建筑施工领域周转使用和高效利用，保障建筑施工安全、高质、高效的现代服务业，努力为绿色发展、双碳目标、循环经济做出贡献。建筑铝合金模板行业作为基建物资租赁承包行业的重要细分领域之一，

为建筑施工提供一整套安全、高效的铝合金模板体系及服务。据中国基建物资租赁承包协会统计测算，2024年中期全国建筑市场铝合金模板保有量6147万平方米，与2023年同期相比保有量下降6.3%。全国共有建筑铝合金模板研发设计、生产加工、租赁承包企业200余家。2024年中期全国建筑铝合金模板生产销售、租赁承包收入148.9亿元，较2023年同期降低9.6%,其中销售收入21.7亿元，租赁承包收入127.2亿元。

Abstract

Asanimportantpartofsupportingthedevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry,Chinasinfrastructurematerialsleasingandcontractingindustryisamodernserviceindustrythatpromotestheuseandefficientutilizationofconstructionmaterials,machineryandequipmentinthefieldofconstructionturnover,guaranteesthesafety,highqualityandhighefficiencyofconstruction,andstrivestomakecontributionstogreendevelopment,doublecarbongoalsandcirculareconomy.Asoneoftheimportantsegmentsoftheinfrastructurematerialleasingandcontractingindustry,theconstructionaluminumformworkindustryprovidesacompletesetofsafeand

efficientaluminumformworksystemandservicesforbuildingconstruction.AccordingtothestatisticalestimationofChinaConstructionMaterialRentalContractorAssociation(hereinafterreferredtoasCMRA),Inthemiddleof2024,thenationalconstructionmarketretained61.47millionsquaremetersofaluminumformwork,down6.3%comparedwiththesameperiodin2023.Therearemorethan200enterprisesofRDanddesign,productionandprocessing,leasingandcontractingofaluminumformworkforconstructioninthecountry.Theincomefromproduction,salesandleasingandcontractingofaluminumformworkforconstructioninthemiddleof2024wasRMB14.89billion,down9.6%comparedwiththesameperiodof2023,ofwhichtheincomefromsaleswasRMB2.17billion,andtheincomefromleasingandcontractingwasRMB12.72billion.
