供给侧与需求侧改革背景下农产品物流“堵点”与“痛点”的成因及疏解策略

摘?要：受小农模式、农业特点和地理位置等多种因素影响，农产品物流存在基础设施不完善、市场开发不足、新技术和新装备推广应用滞后、信息化和数智化运作水平较低、标准化和规范化缺失、资源错配与浪费、社会化服务体系不完善等“堵点”及“最初和最后一公里”瓶颈，导致服务能力不足、效率低、损耗大、成本高等“痛点”，需要加以有效疏解。在对云浮农产品物流进行调查分析的基础上，提出了构建基于“互联网+”的农产品物流运作模式及疏解路径，从加强政策供给与基础设施建设、整合物流资源、创新组织管理模式、加强信息化建设和新技术新装备推广应用、加强标准化与规范化建设、建立健全社会化服务体系等方面提出了疏解策略，以形成高效、集约、协同、共享的农产品物流体系。
