【摘要】：目的观察分析鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法及其临床效果。方法选择2018年1月-2019年9月我院接受鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗的64例患者作为本次的研究对象，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结分析，对其鼻部美容整形综合手术方法进行总结，并观察患者的治疗效果，对其满意度进行调查，比较患者手术前、后的焦虑、抑郁评分，评价治疗前后本组患者的生活质量评分。结果本组患者非常满意43例，占67.19%，基本满意18例，占28.13%，不满意3例，占4.69%，满意度为95.31%（61/64）。与治疗前比较，治疗后本组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显降低，生活质量评分显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论鼻部美容整形综合手术可有效改善患者的鼻部外观，提高患者面部美观度，手术安全性和成功率较高，可达到令人满意的美学效果，还可改善患者的心理状态，提高其生活质量水平。

[abstract]:objectivetoobserveandanalyzethetreatmentmethodsandclinicaleffectofnosecosmeticandplasticsurgery.MethodsinJanuary2018-September2019ouracceptcomprehensivesurgicaltreatmentof64casesofpatientswithnasalplasticastheobjectofstudy,theclinicaldataofpatientswereretrospectivelysummarizedanalysis,tosummarizeitsnoseplasticsurgerymethod,andobservethetherapeuticeffectofpatients,onthesatisfactioninvestigation,comparisonbeforeandaftersurgeryinthepatientswithanxiety,depressionscore,evaluationofqualityoflifescoreinthepatientsbeforeandaftertreatment.Resultsinthisgroup,43patientswereverysatisfied(67.19%),18patientswerebasicallysatisfied(28.13%),3patientsweredissatisfied(4.69%),andthesatisfactionratewas95.31%(61/64).Comparedwithbeforetreatment,anxietyanddepressionscoresofthepatientsinthisgroupweresignificantlydecreasedaftertreatment,andqualityoflifescoresweresignificantlyimproved,withstatisticallysignificantdifference(P0.05).Conclusionthecomprehensiveoperationofnosecosmeticandplasticsurgerycaneffectivelyimprovetheappearanceofthenoseofpatients,improvethefacialbeautyofpatients,improvethesafetyandsuccessrateoftheoperation,achievesatisfactoryaestheticeffect,improvethepsychologicalstateofpatients,improvetheirqualityoflif
