【摘要】目的：尿常规定性检验糖尿病蛋白尿的效果研究。方法：本次研究2018年1月-2020年12月于我院接受尿常规定性检验的120糖尿病患者与120例健康体检者为观察对象，将其分为研究组与健康组。两组均接受尿常规定性检验。比较两组蛋白尿情况，分析研究组患者年龄、病程与蛋白尿之间的相关性。结果：相比与健康组，研究组未出现蛋白尿以及一过性与持续性蛋白尿的概率均较高，(P0.05)。研究组年龄与蛋白尿阳性水平之间为正相关（r=0.693,P0.05）。研究组病程与蛋白尿阳性水平之间为正相关（r=0.895,P0.05）。结论：尿常规定性检验不仅可以准确检测出糖尿病患者的蛋白尿水平,客观评估其病情发展情况，同时也能够辅助医生做出更加专业的判断，给出更加有效的干预方案，增强疾病的控制效果，值得临床广泛应用与推广。

[Abstract]Objective:Tostudytheeffectofurineroutinequalitativetestondiabeticproteinuria.Methods:fromJanuary2018toDecember2020,120patientswithdiabetesand120healthypeoplewhoreceivedroutineurinequalitativetestinourhospitalwereselectedastheobservationobjects,andtheywerepidedintostudygroupandhealthygroup.Bothgroupsreceivedroutineurinequalitativetest.Theproteinuriaofthetwogroupswascompared,andthecorrelationbetweenage,courseofdiseaseandproteinuriaofthestudygroupwasanalyzed.Results:comparedwiththehealthygroup,thestudygrouphadhigherprobabilityofnoproteinuria,transientandpersistentproteinuria(P0.05).Therewasapositivecorrelationbetweenageandproteinuriainthestudygroup(r=0.693,P0.05).Therewasapositivecorrelationbetweenthecourseofdiseaseandthepositivelevelofproteinuriainthestudygroup(r=0.895,P0.05).Conclusion:urineroutinequalitativetestcannotonlyaccuratelydetectthelevelofproteinuriainpatientswithdiabetes,objectivelyevaluatethedevelopmentofthedisease,butalsoassistdoctorstomakemoreprofessionaljudgments,givemoreeffectiveinterventionprograms,andenhancetheeffectofdiseasecontrol,whichisworthyofwideclinicalapplicationandpromotion.
