健康体检中心实施优质护理细节服务的效果体会

摘要:本文介绍我院健康体检中心护理服务存在的缺陷，针对存在的问题我们实施了优质护理细节服务的效果体会。目的:观察护理细节优质服务在体检中心的实施效果。方法:随机选取2016年2月-2017年2月在我院体检中心接受体检的体检客户200例为实验对象，按照护理模式的不同分为接受护理细节优质服务的观察组和接受护理常规服务的对照组，每组各有100例体检客户。结果:实施护理细节优质服务的观察组体检客户对护理服务的满意程度明显优于只接受护理常规服务的对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论:运用优质护理细节服务为健康体检中心的体检客户提供优质护理服务，可以提高体检客户对护理服务的满意程度，提高了护理人员的工作效率，具有较好的效果体会，值得体检中心推广。

Abstract:Thispaperintroducestheshortcomingsofnursingserviceinhealthexaminationcenterofourhospital,andwehaveimplementedtheeffectofqualitynursingdetailserviceforexistingproblems.
Objective:Toobservetheeffectofthequalityserviceofnursingcareinthephysicalexaminationcenter.
Methods:RandomlyselectedinFebruary2016-February2017inourhospitalphysicalexaminationcenterforamedicalcheck-upcustomer200casesasexperimentalobject,accordingtothedifferentofthenursingmodeispidedintoforhigh-qualityservicecaredetailsofobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,acceptroutinenursingserviceineachgroup,100casesofmedicalcustomer.
Results:Theimplementationofnursingqualityservicedetailsobservergroupmedicalcustomersatisfactiontonursingservicebetterthanthoseofcontrolgrouponlyacceptedroutinenursingservice,statisticallysignificantdifference(p0.05).
Conclusion:Usinghighqualitynursingdetailphysicalexaminationcenterofmedicalservicesforcustomerstoprovidequalitycareservices,canimprovethemedicalcustomersatisfactiontonursingservice,improvedtheworkingefficiencyofthenursingstaff,hasagoodeffect,isworthpopularizingmedicalexaminationcenter.
