【摘要】目的：分析窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆防治儿童龋齿的临床效果。方法：94例龋齿儿童(2019年5月至2020年5月)，随机分为观察组47例，对照组47例，对照组给予窝沟封闭术。观察组给予窝沟封闭术(同对照组)+氟保护漆。记录两组龋齿、邻面龋发生情况。分析龋面均值、封闭剂保存情况。结果：同对照组相比，观察组龋齿以及邻面龋发生率更低(P0.05)。预防前，对比无统计学意义(P0.05)；预防后，观察组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。观察组封闭剂脱落率高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：儿童龋齿采取窝沟封闭术+氟保护漆防治有良好效果，降低龋齿发生和复发率，改善龋面均值，降低封闭剂脱落率，改善牙齿外观，应用价值较高。

[Abstract]Objective:toanalyzetheclinicaleffectofpitandfissuresealantcombinedwithfluoridevarnishinthepreventionandtreatmentofdentalcariesinchildren.Methods:94childrenwithdentalcaries(fromMay2019tomay2020)wererandomlypidedintoobservationgroup(47cases)andcontrolgroup(47cases).Theobservationgroupwasgivenpitandfissuresealing(thesameasthecontrolgroup)+fluorideprotectivepaint.Theincidenceofdentalcariesandadjacentcarieswererecorded.Themeanvalueofcariessurfaceandthepreservationofsealantwereanalyzed.Results:comparedwiththecontrolgroup,theincidenceofdentalcariesandadjacentcariesintheobservationgroupwaslower(P0.05).Beforeprevention,thecomparisonwasnotstatisticallysignificant(P0.05);afterprevention,theobservationgroupwassignificantlylowerthanthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Thedroppingrateofsealantintheobservationgroupwashigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Conclusion:pitandfissuresealantcombinedwithfluoridevarnishhasagoodeffectinthepreventionandtreatmentofchildrensdentalcaries,whichcanreducetheoccurrenceandrecurrencerateofdentalcaries,improvethemeanvalueofdentalcariessurface,reducethelossrateofsealant,andimprovetheappearanceofteeth.
