合作网络结构洞和探索式创新与企业技术创新能力

摘要：为了检验基于探索式创新关于合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力影响的中介作用以及股权集中关于合作网络结构洞和探索式创新对企业技术创新能力影响的调节作用，基于社会网络理论、知识基础理论，构建一个有调节的中介模型，利用我国信息传输、软件、信息技术服务业上市企业2007—2019年间申请的专利数据，从探索式创新的中介视角和股权结构的调节作用下实证检验了合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力的线性和非线性影响。实证分析表明：合作网络结构洞对企业技术创新能力产生正向影响;探索式创新在合作网络结构洞和企业技术创新能力之间起部分中介作用;股权集中在合作网络结构洞和企业技术创新能力之间呈倒U型的调节作用;股权集中在探索式创新对企业技术创新能力影响中呈U型的调节作用。
